Daily Workout Friday, December 13th

Welcome back all! I hope you all enjoyed your rest day yesterday! We have another awesome workout. Make sure you watch my advanced workout demo and pay close attention to the beginner description below as it is slightly different than what I demo in the video! Good luck on today's workout and I'll see you on Saturday for our next daily workout. :)

WATCH ME PERFORM THE ADVANCED VARIATION OF THIS WORKOUT BELOW IN REAL TIME!

BEGINNER PROGRAM

Strength: 1x MAX Supine Bar Pull Ups

Conditioning:
On the minute for 8 minutes total, perform:
20 seconds MAX squats
20 seconds MAX push ups (from your knees!)
20 seconds MAX Sit ups


Set your timers to beep every 20 seconds for 12 minutes total. Perform the exercises as described above.

INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM

Strength: 3x MAX Supine Bar Pull Ups

Conditioning:
On the minute for 12 minutes total, perform:
20 seconds MAX jumping squats
20 seconds MAX push ups
20 seconds MAX V sit ups


Set your timers to beep every 20 seconds for 12 minutes total. Perform the exercises as described above.

ADVANCED PROGRAM

Strength: 3x MAX Supine Bar Pull Ups

Conditioning:
On the minute for 12 minutes total, perform:
20 seconds MAX jumping squats
20 seconds MAX push ups
20 seconds MAX V sit ups


Set your timers to beep every 20 seconds for 12 minutes total. Perform the exercises as described above.

Hi, i am beginner and i love it ! , really hard, but i feel the difference. hoping a flat stomach soon.thank you !
