Daily Workout Tuesday, November 26th!! 

Welcome back to Women's Fit Way everyone! :) Just a few tips for today's workout. We actually have 2 parts even though I don't say so in the video. Make sure you read the below post and do both parts:

1)The conditioning portion (SPRINT!! YAY!! haha)
2)The bonus ABS conditioning portion

BEGINNERS PROGRAM 

Strength: 50 sit ups (break them up in the least amount of sets as possible!)

Conditioning: "Death By 10m Sprints"

Every minute on the minute until failure: increase one 10 meter shuttle sprint every minute!
1 Sprint the 1st minute, 2 Sprints the 2nd minute, 3 the 3rd, and so on...until you can't complete the distance for the given minute.

*One foot must step just over the line.

Record number of minutes completed and post your number to the comments below.



INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM 

Strength: 100 V sit ups (break them up in the least amount of sets as possible!)


Conditioning: "Death By 10m Sprints"
