Daily Workout Monday, December 2nd

Welcome back all!! Today's workout seriously left me in pain for 5 days. Make sure you scale to your abilities and choose the correct level to follow. Although the exercises we are doing today seem easy-- this workout ANYTHING but easy and if you do too much you just might not be able to walk tomorrow. We have two more on days after this so make sure you do not allow that to happen! :) Good luck!!!

BEGINNERS PROGRAM

Strength: Rest Day

Conditioning:

On the minute, every minute for 10 minutes total of:
5 Squats
4 Sit ups
2 Push ups (From your knees if necessary!)

On the minute, every minute for 20 minutes total of:
10 Squats
8 Sit ups
4 Push ups

Daily Workout Wednesday, November 27th

Welcome back all! I hope you all enjoyed your SPRINTS yesterday! We have another awesome workout for today. Make sure you watch my advanced workout demo and pay close attention to the beginner and intermediate descriptions below as they are slightly different than what I demo in the video!

Good luck on today's workout and I'll see you on Friday for another workout. Oh and have an absolutely amazing Thanksgiving!!! :) :) 

WATCH ME PERFORM THE ADVANCED VARIATION OF THIS WORKOUT BELOW IN REAL TIME!

BEGINNER PROGRAM

Strength: 1x MAX Supine Bar Pull Ups

Conditioning:
3 Rounds of:
1 minute MAX high knees
1 minute MAX mountain climbers
1 minute MAX sit ups 


Set your timers to beep every minute for 9 minutes total. Complete as many high knees as possible during the first minute, then as many mountain climnbers as possible during the second minute, and then as many sit ups as possible during the third minute. Repeat this 3 times for 9 minutes total.

INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM

Strength: 3x MAX Supine Bar Pull Ups

Conditioning:
4 Rounds of:
1 minute MAX high knees
1 minute MAX mountain climbers
1 minute MAX V sit ups

Daily Workout Tuesday, November 26th!! 

Welcome back to Women's Fit Way everyone! :) Just a few tips for today's workout. We actually have 2 parts even though I don't say so in the video. Make sure you read the below post and do both parts:

1)The conditioning portion (SPRINT!! YAY!! haha)
2)The bonus ABS conditioning portion

Daily Workout Monday, November 25th

Yess!!! I'm back ya'll!! And of course we have a super awesome, heart pounding workout to welcome our bodies back to the routine of working out 5x/week! (Plus, we need to ready our bodies for the holiday coming up!

I hope you have a fantastic rest week if you decided to take the week off. I definitely did! :)

Our workout for today is one of my favorite go-to workouts for full body conditioning. For those of you who have been on this program-- you are sure to know it-- the "tabata burpee breakdown." I:) This workout is super challenging but really fun. And with the interval rests, it is a great workout to really push yourself on every single work period. Good luck today all and I cannot wait to hear about how this one goes for you in the comments below!

Hey all! I am officially making this week a REST WEEK!  So.. CELEBRATE!!! :)



I have three final papers due in one of my grad courses, so I know I won't have a ton of time to upload videos. If you are feeling great this week and want to work out-- be sure to look through my video archives to find some killer workouts! Just because it is a rest week for me, does not mean it needs to be for you too!! :) I hope you all have a wonderful week and I'll see you back here with another daily workout Monday, November 25th.
