Daily Workout Friday, December 13th

Welcome back all! I hope you all enjoyed your rest day yesterday! We have another awesome workout. Make sure you watch my advanced workout demo and pay close attention to the beginner description below as it is slightly different than what I demo in the video! Good luck on today's workout and I'll see you on Saturday for our next daily workout. :)

WATCH ME PERFORM THE ADVANCED VARIATION OF THIS WORKOUT BELOW IN REAL TIME!
BEGINNER PROGRAM

Strength: 1x MAX Supine Bar Pull Ups

Conditioning:
On the minute for 8 minutes total, perform:
20 seconds MAX squats
20 seconds MAX push ups (from your knees!)
20 seconds MAX Sit ups


Set your timers to beep every 20 seconds for 12 minutes total. Perform the exercises as described above.

INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM

Strength: 3x MAX Supine Bar Pull Ups

Conditioning:
On the minute for 12 minutes total, perform:
20 seconds MAX jumping squats
20 seconds MAX push ups
20 seconds MAX V sit ups


Set your timers to beep every 20 seconds for 12 minutes total. Perform the exercises as described above.

ADVANCED PROGRAM

Strength: 3x MAX Supine Bar Pull Ups

Conditioning:
On the minute for 12 minutes total, perform:
20 seconds MAX jumping squats

Hey all! I hope you all feel AWESOME after our few rest days! I am so sorry that I had to miss those posts--but I do have some great news-- MY FIRST SEMESTER OF GRAD SCHOOL IS DONE!! :)

I cannot thank you all enough for bearing with me during this time. I know I have not posted as consistently as I normally do. My New Years resolution will be to get back to posting every single day! Also-- I HUGE shout out to Katie T because he motivation and dedication to her fitness/health motivates me to keep posting these workouts for you all. Thanks Katie for you xmas gift to the site! I cannot tell you how appreciated you are here! :) 
 
Anyways, now that we are back on schedule, there is a rest day tomorrow (Thursday) like always, and then I'll be back with another ass kicking, awesome workout on Friday! Have a wonderful, health conscious rest day tomorrow and I'll see you back here Friday! :)

Hey all! I hope you all feel AWESOME after Yesterday’s SPRINT workout! Today we have another great workout! Advanced program is the same as the intermediate program, so if you're an intermediate--make sure you scale as necessary (ex. do push ups from knees instead of push ups from knees if necessary, sit ups instead of V sits, etc..)

Daily Workout Tuesday 12/3

Daily Workout Tuesday, August 6th

Welcome back all, we have another super exciting, sprinting day!!

Last week we did death by 10 M sprints, so today we are going slightly more intense with tabata sprints!! I am using an older video, but I DID do the tabata sprint workout this week (just didn't have time to make a second video!)

From now on, we are going to build up our sprints in distance and intensity every week until we are running 5Ks in under 22 minutes by the end of fall! You just need to stick with my program 5x/week and you too will be able to run a 5K in less than 22 minutes! AKA: I LOVE TUESDAY SPRINTS BECAUSE THEY WILL MAKE ME FAST!! :)

If it is too cold to run or too rainy outside where you are, you can always do burpees or high knees to a chair instead. However, if you can run outside, I definitely prefer you do that because nothing beats sprints for fat loss!
